Who we Are
We are a team of dedicated professionals with extensive experience in the fields of eating psychology, eating disorder treatment, and medical administration. We are united by a common mission to expand awareness of and access to resources, support, and treatment for those affected by eating disorders.
What We Do
Education
We participate in local and national conferences, network with local universities to offer student internships, facilitate professional workshops and gatherings within Hawaii, and provide resources for those affected by eating disorders. At present, we are in process of establishing the first Hawaii Chapter of The International Associated for Eating Disorder Professionals (iaedp).
Community
‘Ai Pono is dedicated to connecting with other eating disorder treatment professionals in Hawaii and nearby states in order to provide high quality, comprehensive care. We believe strongly in community service and continue to recognize and respond to a growing need for eating disorder care in the Hawaiian Islands.
